From the summer of 97 till 2000 I studied at the Lews Castle College in Stornoway as a student of the University of the Highlands and Islands.
In that time, I earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Software Development, and Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Computing.

Two weeks before graduation I found myself working full time for a respected IT business, writing communications software for major corporate companies, and still work with that company today.

I've had the rare and privileged opportunity of being thrown in a the deep end of development on many occasions, which has taught me to adapt and learn.
As a developer I know that technology advances, and we must selectively keep up, in order to provide our clients with what they need.
